Your visitor doesn’t know what you know.

You know your services, but a first-time visitor needs an explanation. When people open your page, they should be able to understand what you do, who you help and how to ask for information.

Explain what you do with an example.

A concrete description can help more than a list of technical terms. If you offer a specialized service, describe a situation where someone might need it and the work you do.

Answer the important questions.

What is included, how the work happens, what you need from the customer and how a proposal is prepared are useful questions. Choose those people actually ask before hiring you.

Make contact clear.

A button like “Ask for information” or “Let’s discuss your project” makes the next step clear. Check that the form or link works on a phone and doesn’t ask for unnecessary details.

If you use two languages, review both.

Copy, buttons and contact messages should feel clear in each language. Try switching languages from a service page: people should still see the equivalent information.

Ask someone unfamiliar with your business to look at the page. Ask: what do we do, for whom, and how would you contact us?
